Estate cleanouts

Clearing out a loved one’s home is hard enough. We handle the sorting, carrying, donating and hauling, set aside anything you want kept, and leave the house empty and swept.

Handled with care

Tell us what the family is keeping, and we will work around it. Usable furniture and household goods go to donation where we can, metal is recycled, and the rest is hauled off. If you find papers, photos or valuables you want set aside, we stop and set them aside.

Who we work with

  • Families and executors settling an estate
  • Realtors getting a house ready to list
  • Attorneys and estate administrators
  • Property managers and landlords
  • Out-of-town family who cannot be there for every visit

From attic to curb

We clear every room, the attic, basement, garage, sheds and outbuildings in one plan. If the house needs flooring, cabinets or a shed torn out before it lists, our interior demolition crew can do that too.

How it works

  1. Call or text a photo to (336) 840-9141 and tell us the address.
  2. Get a firm price. You get it before we start, and it does not change once we begin.
  3. We do the work. Our crew tears out or carries out everything, loads our own truck, and sweeps up before we leave.

Questions people ask

Do I need to be there for an estate cleanout?
Not necessarily. Many families let us in with a lockbox or a realtor. We send photos when we finish.
What happens to usable items?
Usable furniture and household items go to local donation centers when we can, metal is recycled, and the rest is disposed of properly.
How long does an estate cleanout take?
Most houses are cleared in one or two days, depending on size and how full they are. You get a firm price and schedule before we start.

Ready for a firm price?

We haul away anything. Tell us what you have and where it is. We will give you a firm price and, most days, a time slot today or tomorrow.
